Your use of 2hei.sg means that you accept, and agree to abide by, the following Privacy Policy. 2Hei is a brand belonging to 2Now Pte. Ltd., UEN: 201803932M (“2Now”). All reference to 2Hei shall include 2Now.

01 Your Personal Data
2Hei is committed to protecting your privacy. In order to process your orders, we will need to collect your name, shipping address, email address, credit card details and telephone number. By providing these details, you consent to the collection, usage, processing, disclosing and/or transferring to overseas of any personal data provided. Your personal data will be used to provide the information, good and services offered through our website to you, for billing and order fulfilment purposes.

2Hei may only disclose customers’ data to another company, agents or service providers as part of the ordinary course of business or required by law. In this case, all customers who has signed up with 2Hei will be notified immediately; customers are free to withdraw their personal data by cancelling their existing accounts on the website.

We adopt appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information and data stored on our site. However, 2Hei cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to 2Hei and you do so entirely at your own risk.

02 Server Security
2Hei uses SSL, Secure Sockets Layer, an encryption technology which creates an encrypted connection between our web server and your web browser; allowing for private information to be transmitted without the problems of eavesdropping, data tampering, and message forgery. 2Hei aims to provide privacy, critical security and data integrity for both the site contents and your sensitive personal information. In addition, we have also employed HTTPS which protects against phishing attacks.

03 Cookies
2Hei uses cookies for customers database and web experience. No personal information is stored within these cookies. Most web browsers are designed to accept cookies. If you do not wish to receive any cookies, you may set your browser to refuse it. Do note that some parts of the site may not function properly once the cookies are disabled.

We do not sell the information collected by cookies, nor do we disclose the information to third parties, except when it is required by the law (eg. government bodies, law enforcement agencies).

2Hei may also use your details to notify you about discounts, privileges, benefits, new services and promotions. In addition, you will receive educational newsletters from us which you may unsubscribe at any point of time.

This privacy policy is subject to change at any time. If you do not agree to the modified terms, please email us at hello@2hei.sg with regards to the terms to which you do not consent.

06 Governing Law
The validity, construction and enforceability of this Privacy Policy shall be governed in all respects by the law of Singapore.

You irrevocably agree to submit to the law and non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore over any claim or matter arising under or in connection with this Privacy Policy unless both parties agree to submit to arbitration.

Where both parties agree to submit to arbitration, any dispute relating to the rights and obligations of the parties arising out of or in relation to this Privacy Policy shall be finally resolved by the rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC). There shall be one (1) arbitrator appointed in accordance with the Rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre. The arbitration shall be in Singapore and the language of the arbitration proceedings shall be English. The arbitration award shall be final and binding upon both parties. When any dispute occurs or is under arbitration, except for the matters under dispute, the parties shall continue to exercise their remaining respective rights and fulfill their remaining respective obligations hereunder unless otherwise agreed in writing. A party seeking injunctive relief from the Singapore courts or the courts of any other appropriate forum shall not be deemed to be a breach of the arbitration agreement.
